What is a traffic exchange?
The members of a traffic exchange are all advertisers. Each person places pages they want others to see into a rotation. As you view other members' pages, you are awarded credits. When these credits are assigned to the pages you want to advertise, then other members see your pages.

Why can't I log in to my account?
If it says your logged in and your not either your user name or password was entered wrong. When you are logged in you will be at the Members page and everything will work. If your copying and pasting make sure it does not leave a space at the beginning or end. Traffic Heroes sets a cookie good for 30 days so if you do not log out and you do not clear your cookies you will not have to login again as long as you visit 1 time in 30 days.
Should I report broken member links? (404 page not found)
Yes! Generally, these happen when servers are down or webmasters are making changes to their site. Usually the site will be back up within a short period of time. However I want to check out all problems and it may warrant that these pages be taken temp. out of rotation so you have a cleaner surf experience. I would rather be safe then sorry. Please report anything you do not think it right.
When I land on a page with a broken link, do I still get credit?
Yes. Just wait until the timer expires and move on to the next page. You account will be credited appropriately. However I would appreciate it if you click the report button and report the page. I award free credits for bad pages.
Can I use my Commissions to buy credits or upgrade?
Yes, You can use your commissions at any time to purchase credits or to upgrade. You do not have to have enough to cash out in order to purchase credits or upgrades. Just send in a support request!
What is the minimum to cash out.
For Free members it is $15.00. For upgraded members it is $10.00. Once requested you will be added to a payment que and paid on the next mass pass out day on the 15th of the month. You must request the cash out no later then the 8th of the month to be included in that months payment que as Paypal requires the funds be available at Paypal in order to do a mass payout. It takes 5 business days to transfer funds from a bank account to paypal.
How can I build my downline?
By advertising your affiliate link, which can be found in the members' area. However, splash pages that you make yourself or have others make for you are usually more effective because they aren't the generic affiliate page being shown by everyone else. It is my job to bring in new members however you are rewarded 25 credits for every new member you bring in and we have monthly referral contests that pays cash and credits for you to bring in new members.
I recommend that you make your own splash pages and include your name and photo so you can brand yourself while you are referring new members and/or grow your own list. We supply you with several brand able splash pages that have your photo and name included if you cannot make your own splash pages.
Do not forget that we pay you commissions for all your direct downlines purchases and upgrades up to 50% depending on your upgrade level so it is worth your while for you to bring in new members. You also receive up to 50% of your direct referrals credits they earn for you when they surf.
What kinds of sites are NOT allowed?
- Your site may not contain more the one pop up of any kind
- Your site must not break the surf frame
- Your site must be at least 75% in English
- Your site may not contain prompts or alerts or anything else that must be closed
before surfing can continue
- Your site must not attempt to automatically download files
- Your site may not contain illegal content
- Your site must be family-friendly
- Absolutely No adult sites.
- Absolutely NO PTP's, PTR's, PTS (Paid to Surf), HYIP's or most sites that have
frames
- No hidden Iframes or code of any kind (These are easily noticed by the little
square images usually at the top of the page
Do you allow rotators?
Yes, as long as this is not abused. The only rotator not allowed is the rotator called Free Rotator since the majority of problems we have had use this rotator. We recommend the Traffic Splash rotator, Web-Biz-Solution rotator, Hit's Connect rotator, PageSwirl rotator, MaxTrafficProRotator.
Why do I get logged out when I start to look at sites?
Most often, viewing / login problems are associated with cookies. Make sure your browser and/or firewall are set to allow all cookies and not blocking third party cookies. You may also need to add trafficheroes.com to your allowed sites list. Refer to your browser and/or firewall help feature for instructions on changing cookie settings. Cookies must be set to allow all cookies.
How do I activate the Super Hero Game?
In your members area go to the bottom of the page and it says Show Game? Make sure the Ye box is checked.
